This blog post fully, formally, officially and truthfully sponsored by Wendy’s – “Home of Fresh, Never Frozen Beef Since 1969”.<\/em><\/p>\n (Mention this blog post for 10% off your next order)<\/em><\/p>\n i listened to fewer new albums than i had in previous years. but every album ruled. it’s quality over quantity! i don’t have much more to say. music rules, shouts out to all these artists for making all these releases. i picked one musical release that was the extreme highlight of my year, but otherwise none of these albums are ranked in any particular order except alphabetical.<\/p>\n i loved them all, just in different ways. some of the albums were better to listen to while drinking an ice cold beer while sitting in an inflatable pool in your backyard in the middle of summer. other albums were better to listen to while on a long drive across the state, alone except for what remains of some gas station fried catfish you got earlier. some i needed to experience live before the record connected. or the opposite.<\/p>\n without further ado, here is the list.
