The Forecastle Festival is a 3-day festival held on a waterfront park in Louisville, KY. Founded in 2002, the festival has outgrown three parks and evolved to host more than 30,000 people a day.

My role with AC Entertainment involved a few different hats with Forecastle. My responsibilites included production running, handling signage, sourced craft vendors, fan services (info booth, ADA, lost & found), volunteers, office management.

2016 Festival:
I was the lead production runner for the festival.
- Organizing and distributing equipment for stage managers
- Transporting event staff to/from festival site
- Cleaning and distributing stage and bath towels
- Ordering and picking up meals for staff
- Purchasing any odds and ends equipment needed

2017 Festival:
I handled office management, signage, volunteers, fan services, and craft vendors for the festival.
- Organized and distributed office supplies and equipment to various departments
- Maintained a tidy office space for the admin and operations teams
- Took notes at daily production meetings
- Ordered any signage needed, Inventoried past signage
- Deployed signage pre-festival and struck signage post-festival
- Schedule and assign ~150 volunteers across various pre-festival departments
- Arranged ADA tent
- Sourced staff for festival Info Booth
- Reviewed applications and distributed contracts and load in info for festival craft vendors
- Arranged for tents, tables, chairs for craft vendors, info booth, ADA tent
